Q : How long does it take to complete a full order?
A : It has been about 3 months since the design was decided and the payment was confirmed. (Overseas shipping will be 4 months.)

Q : Is there a shipping fee?
A : We will send it free of charge anywhere in the country.
Q : Is aftercare possible?
A : There is a charge for resizing and polishing, but it is possible. Please feel free to contact us as it will change depending on the design and condition.
Q : I want to buy a ring, but I don't know the size of my finger.
A : Customers who purchase a ring will receive a ring gauge as a free gift. We will measure the size by yourself, and after the size is decided, we will make an order or resize the product. If you have any questions about how to use the ring gauge, please feel free to contact us.
Q : Can I ask for gift wrapping?
A : Of course you can. If it is a gift, we will tell you so and wrap it neatly.
